I've walked in the Middlesex Fells Reservation from time to time, and I am confident that when I did so, I saw nothing of what these people saw.

Heck, I wasn't even looking.

After a BU study reported 155 plant species had disappeared from a section of the Middlesex Fells, citizen scientists embarked on a quest to find them.

The citizen scientists, to date, have found more than 105 of the "missing" plants, and they are still looking.

Science can be funny that way.

Imperfect and inexact, even when well-done.
